You may be wondering what does the title swppp mean?! It stands for “Storm Weather Pollution Prevention Plan”. And before I continue, let me say that this is very important for Civil Engineering Students. I am pretty sure you would be encountering this in your studies, so if you are reading this right now, I am glad you did so.

Storm Weather Pollution Prevention Plan is required on all construction sites to minimize or lessen the amount of dirt going down the drain during a storm. Example of these storm weather pollution prevention are swppp Orange County, swppp San Diego, swppp San Bernardino, swppp Los Angeles and swppp Riverside.
